Our Culinary Arts Program provides onsite catering for any events held at the Monterey Bay Event Center. Trained by our Head Chef, Luis Silva, students gain valuable skills in cooking and work ethics so they can successfully reenter the workforce.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and appetizers prepared by this group of aspiring chefs. Meals are freshly made onsite at your event and our staff strives to source ingredients from the Central Coast. If available, the staff cooks with fresh veggies harvested that day from our organic garden. Our wide menu can be tailored to guests’ individual preferences and dietary needs.
